SGGA 2011 Event Details

I would help this year but I don't know how much help I will be just having a baby the beginning of July. But I will be off all of july so if you need me to do something or even putting together goodie bags I will have some time to do it.

I am planning on coming this year just need to figure out who to room with and when to get there.

Didnt I see somewhere they still needed goodie bag donations? How many items do they need was it 100 or 150?

Also how do you donate for the door prize? Are they still doing that this year?

I really don't have a good count as how many are going to come, my guess is between 75 and a million. So I just plan on 150 (that has to be enough) BUT... people do not need to send 150 items (but they can) then can send like 75. We put everything on a table and assemble assembly line. Sometimes someone gets something different than the person sitting next to them, but that is fun too so who cares.

I'd like to have goodie bag stuff sent early. Sometimes we assemble all the goodie bags and then Friday night 10 bring goodie bag donations. It's a pain to lay out all the bags and do it twice.

Don't forget, we are going to play the Dirty Greedy Santa/Suggie game as a large group this year. If you want to play you need to bring a WRAPPED gift value of at least $20. Do not put your name on it. Is it a glider gift or a peole gift? It doesn't mater. Bring something you would like to receive in a gift exchange (as you might get it back).

I'm really getting excited.

Alicia, I will be there on Thursday actually as I need to set up for the Friday Night Party, so can I just give you everything then? Perhaps if we have time if you need help with anything I can help you out Ill start making them up its good to know if I dont get all 150 made I wont be

Yes, you can give it to me then. I'll be there Wen. And I'm bringing at least 1 babysitter, maybe 2. Trying to get her friend to come along. So if you need a late night sitter, she might be able to help you out. I've reserved her for you and KDR if you are interested :) She won't charge much is my guess.

I love Greedy Santa too. With such a large group we are changing the rules just a bit so it will be Speedy Greedy. LOL

I am going to be able to make it this year. So I will be there with a new born baby also. I think we are planning on coming on Friday. So I will get my donations in the mail sometime this month.

Come on Thursday! 'Course, I prolly won't be saying that when I get up at 3:30 AM so I can get to the airport on time.....LOL I think my flight leaves at 5:30 AM. Ugh!
