Bake Off Recipes!!

I'll start, since I told some people I would post the recipe for my "Peanut Butter Cups" - that are actually bars...

2 Sticks Fleischmans margarine, melted

Remove from heat and add:

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

2 1/3 cups powdered sugar



Pat into slightly greased 13 x 9 pan

Let cool



Melt 2 cups of milk chocolate chips

Pour over cooled mixture and refrigerate to set slightly

Cut into squares and store in container with lid.

Keeps better in the refrigerator
