Im so sorry what your going through hun! Hopefully this will over be over soon and your little girl will be better again!
I wonder if her family is just being protective since she is sick and trying to make her stay in.
I would defiantly get her a seperate food bowl and feed her while you are there even take her out of the cage and watch her if you need to- anything to get her to eat and to put on weight!
Has she ever pooped yet?
