Can't add friends/foes?

I went to my profile in hopes of figuring out how to add Drik(whoever that idiot is) to my foe list so that I don't even have to waste my time seeing his/her dumb posts. Howver, when I clicked the friends/foes tab it didn't work.

Laurie, could you possibly go into my profile and change it for me or can someone tell me what's wrong?
