You don't pay up front. Just give them a debit/credit card number to hold the room. Then you pay when you checkout that weekend.

Can we have the SGGA rate if we come early.. I know people are planning on coming as early as Wed. Probably won't be me lol

Yes, you usually get the rate if your a day or two early. They know many of us will be. I plan on being there from Wen-Sunday. And Megi was right, you do not need available funds on your credit card, you just need one to hold the room. They will not charge you until you get there, and then if you tell them you can pay cash instead, it's really up to you.

Just need some clarification: I keep hearing the "Last weekend in July" - so, what exactly are the dates? July ends on a Friday. Is that the last weekend? or the weekend before?

mel2mdl don't feel bad I was thinking well hoping the same thing we take our family vaca the 18th of July lol I am hoping we will be back by then but the hubby doesnt go back to work until july 28th so Im sure I wont get to go wwwwwwaaaaaaaaaa

I have gotten the room rates fixed so they will start as early as Monday if anyone wants to come in that early.
